Saudization’ has been a key pillar of KSA’s ‘Vision 2030’ initiative. Hence, it was imperative that we invest towards building our capability to support this drive.
As the required rate of Saudization by sector and by function has been progressively increasing year on year, GRG has taken the lead in building a KSA-focused research team that is constantly engaged in proactively identifying Top-Tier Saudi national talent from mid-management to C-Level. As a result, a significant proportion of our placements (31%) have been that of Saudi nationals across both the private and public sector. Over the years, we have been able to build a comprehensive database of Saudi national candidates from Accountants and Brand Managers to CFOs and Board Members.
