While the prevalent concept of Executive Search seems like a logical path towards acquiring a C-level executive, “the search” in itself is not sufficient in guaranteeing that the most sought after (passive) leaders would engage in the process. To counter this, our industry leading expert is directly involved in the Search and engages directly in headhunting the best C-Suite Talent, as opposed to delegating this responsibility to a Research/Engagement associate.
Contracts that focus on successful milestones:
Our contracts go beyond simply providing search results. We recognise that involving the top C-Suite leaders in the process is a key measurable outcome. Our ultimate goal is for the most fitting C-Suite leader to accept the position and begin working with the client, and our retainer fees will reflect the accomplishment of these milestones. In addition, we do not impose management fees, delay fees, change of scope fees, or administration fees.
What to expect:
Availability & timelines. You can count on our availability whenever you need us on WhatsApp, in addition to the usual mobile number and email. Our search process includes providing a thorough long-list and shortlist within 7-10 business days. A senior search partner will be available to guide you through the search results in person or virtually.
